I’ve recently expanded the way I use clear embossing powder and it’s amazing! Clear embossing powder is the most versatile of the embossing powders. Let’s look at some ideas on ways to use it. Make sure to watch my latest YouTube video for all the details.

First, you can use clear embossing powder over any color of ink to customized your embossing look. This rainbow card is ink blended then clear embossed to protect the ink blending and give a fun glossy look.

The second card features my FAVORITE way to use clear embossing powder. Clear embossing over dark color card stock! Don’t be scared to use anti-static powder over then entire page before adding the embossing powder. I love this dramatic look especially for masculine cards!

The third card is a more subtle look but just as impressive. I added clear embossing powder to a white background. This gives a subtle but AWESOME effect to the background of a card.
