Wax Seals in a Modern Clean and Simple Card
I love using wax seals on a delicate bunch of flowers but I’m trying to branch out and try them in more ways. Today, I created a modern, clean and simple card with the Wax Seal of the Month from Spellbinders. I can see this clean and simple idea being used in so many different types of cards.
This particular wax seal color and stamp are part of the February Wax Seal of the Month Club that is open for ordering now!
I started with fern wax, adding the stamp then coloring with silver ink. Next, I cut some coordinating diamond shaped dies. The specialty paper I used for these diamonds is from Your Paper Insider. I linked this company in the supply list so you could check it out.
I kept this card clean and simple with a little touch of glitter and shine. Tell me if you love clean and simple cards or prefer “all the things” on your cards.
My second card using the clubs from February is this springy wonder.
The paper used for the stem is actually super thin wood from Your Paper Insider subscription. I highly recommend checking this out.
I added some light green shades to the embossed background on this card. Next, I added the die cuts and the wax seal of the month to finish off this fun, spring card.
I hope you enjoyed this fun look at the new Spellbinders release and ways to use wax seals on your handmade cards.
