Masculine Cards with STAMPtember Release from Simon Says Stamp

I created 3 projects using new products from the Simon Says Stamp Stamptember Release. First, I created 2 masculine cards. Make sure to catch the video for all the details!

One of my favorite ways to use a background stamp is to heat emboss it in clear on a dark background. This wonky trapezoid works great for masculine cards. I watercolored, in masculine colors, the images in the “Big Bold Birthday” set to add extra excitement to this card.

For the next masculine card, I showed another way to use the background stamp. I watercolored the stamp with orange and navy to create an exciting background. The left overs from the 1st card were used to coordinate these 2 masculine cards.

For the last card, I kept the same color scheme for a fun flowery card. This embossing folder gies lots of dimension. I ink-blended the flowers and leaves adding some extra details with copic markers.

  1. Love the first card’s coloring. Lovely! You do ‘masculine’ so well. And the hibiscus card is sooo pretty.

  2. All three cards are amazing. The two “masculine” cards are brilliant – excellent use of the Wonky Trapezoid stamp. The hibiscus card is stunning.
