Happy Camper Release: Embossed Butterflies + Pink Ink Blending Magic
It’s release day at Simon Says Stamp, and the brand-new Happy Camper collection has landed! I had so much fun playing with the Confetti Butterflies embossing folder and created a card that’s bold, bright, and full of texture. This pink monochromatic beauty might just be one of my favorites yet!

💖 Ink Blending + Embossing = Magic
For this project, I went all in on bright pinks using one of my favorite techniques: ink blending over embossed textures. The Confetti Butterflies folder creates such a gorgeous raised design that grabs onto ink in the best way.

I layered shades of pink ink, blending from light to bold across the card base. The embossing catches the ink differently in each area, giving amazing dimension without needing extra layers.
✨ A Sentiment That Stands Out
The card is finished with a charming and unexpected sentiment:
“for a lovely human being.” Isn’t that just the sweetest? It feels so personal and heartfelt—perfect for sending a little joy through the mail.

💡 Tips for Your Version
You can easily adapt this technique with different colors or sentiments. The monochromatic look keeps things simple but still eye-catching, and it’s a great way to stretch your inks and embossing folders.
