Handmade Birthday Cards – Ways to Use Die Cuts

I’m back with some more stripe die cut backgrounds. There is a YouTube video if you would like more specifics than in this post.

First, I made several rainbow and stripe backgrounds. For the purpose of this post and the YouTube video, I only used the rainbow stripes. To see the blue/green stripes in action see the previous blog post and YouTube video.

Second, I added details to one of the panels with a stencil and Nuvo glimmer paste.

Next, I used die cut frames and words to finish the first card.

The second card used the card kit from The Stamp Market. Extra details were added to the heart with ink blending and embossing with clear embossing powder. A few clear sequins were added for a little extra sparkle.
