DIY Christmas Tags with the NEW Spellbinders Release

Hi, crafty friends! Today, I will show you some fun DIY Christmas tags that I created with the new Lisa Horton Essentials from Spellbinders. I went with a black, white and red theme as I often use these colors and green to wrap my Christmas presents. The extra touch to create your own tags makes the holiday even more special!

Christmas Tag #1

I started with Betterpress panels and my Glimmer foil machine. This amazing black paper that foils and is great with letterpress is from Your Paper Insider. If you haven’t seen it in action – watch my livestream about the best black cardstock HERE.

Next, I foiled on red paper for the sentiment and added the adorable bow on top. The silver holographic cardstock layered in between the black pieces is also from Your Paper Insider (will 🔗 at end).

Christmas Tag #2

To create this tag, I started with holographic silver paper, added a mat of black cardstock then a Betterpress panel with black ink. The red glitter paper added a little extra color to this tag and the sentiment was letter pressed with red ink.

Christmas Tag #3

For the last tag, I thought I needed more red glitter. So, I started with a red glitter cardstock base then added a silver holographic mat with another hot foiled black cardstock. I added some scrap circles of red glitter as embellishments for a little fun! (You will see where these glitter circles came from later this week in a post 😁).
