The Honey Bee Stamps Merry Moments release is here and I could not wait to start creating with it. For today’s project, I made a pretty purple holiday card with a detachable snowflake ornament. It can go straight onto a gift or hang on the tree, which makes it extra fun to give.

This card has so much texture and shine. I used a 3D embossing folder for that snowy background, then brought in soft ink blending and a glittery snowflake right in the center. Everything has a beautiful frosty glow.

To add even more sparkle, I used AstroPaste on a few areas. The ornament layer sits on glitter paper with die cut details, and I finished it with a little DMC floss for a sweet handmade touch. It feels special without being complicated, and I love how it turned out.

Wait til you see the back… I added a “to” and “from” stamp because I envisioned this card with a removable tag or ornament for your recipient.

love how easy it is to customize this idea. Try different colors, swap out the snowflake, or write the recipient’s name on the ornament for an extra sweet touch. These little details make handmade cards feel even more special.
