Today, I am sharing 2 bold “love” cards using Catherine Pooler products. Both of these cards could be for friends or family just to show you care but they do come from the latest Valentine’s Day collection at Catherine Pooler. I plan to do a video on the creation and use of the color wheel to create these cards. I will 🔗 the color wheel download so that you can print one at home.

The latest card has a teal background with a heat embossed stamp image for the background. After completing the bold background, I stamped tons of roses in various colors with Catherine Pooler Inks. Next, I cut 2 hearts from a nested die set. I heat embossed the sentiment on the smaller heart and started creating a rose bundle with the larger heart. I continued to add stamped roses until I had the dimension that I wanted.

This design could be for Galentine’s day or really an occasion for a friend. I can see putting a “Happy birthday” message on the inside as well.

The second card is even more dramatic with a shaker element.

I did use some heart confetti in the shaker window but otherwise, this card could be all occasion as well. For this card, I created the background by heat embossing the stamped pattern with clear embossing powder. Next, I created the shaker window with the fancy loop die. I used more roses to pop some color on this card. All that was left was an amazing sentiment!
