Altenew Educator Program Magical Marker Techniques Project
Today, I am going to explain the card process for this card. The inspiration for this card came from an Altenew Educator class about alcohol markers. First, the background was made using alcohol markers and the smooshing technique. Next, I added stripes with my green alcohol marker to make a focal point on the card.
To create the flowers, I outline stamped the images with my MISTI stamping tool.
Next, I colored the images in 3 shades of Altenew alcohol markers for the flowers. The leaves were colored with 2 shades of the coordinating green used in the smooshing technique.
After the coloring was finished, I die cut the images. Last, was to arrange the images on the front of the card, add a sentiment in jet black ink and place a few clear sequins around the image.
