Card 1 – Craft Your Life: Illuminated Scenes

For the first card I used the Craft Your Life: Illuminated Scenes project kit. The combination of stamps and stencils made it easy to create a selective lighting effect that feels modern and fresh. I focused on blending softly around the illuminated areas to really make them glow. This set is perfect for creating cards with a sleek and artistic vibe.

Card 2 – Shimmer Relief Paste with Layered Texture

The second card is all about texture and shine. I used a stencil with the Shimmer Relief Paste to create the background, then added a small bow made with the same paste and an embossing folder for extra dimension. The label for the sentiment came from a leftover scrap piece that tied the whole design together. I love when those little extras find the perfect home on a card.

Card 3 – Botanical Rails and Metallic Ink

This card features the Botanical Rails Embossing Folder and one of Altenew’s new Bronze metallic inks. The metallic sheen looks gorgeous against a bold dark green cardstock. I also added a subtle sentiment using the Mini Sentiments Embossing Folder to tie everything together. This combination gives such a rich and elegant look. I found some matching twine and it added the perfect touch.

Card 4 – Ethereal Blooms Stamp Set and Embossing Folder

For cards four and five I played with the Ethereal Blooms stamp set. On this first one I paired it with the coordinating embossing folder. The raised petals and crisp outlines make the flowers almost look real. A few sequins really set this one apart!

Card 5 – Ethereal Blooms on Specialty Paper

My final card also uses Ethereal Blooms but this time I stamped it on specialty paper with a slightly embossed effect. The texture of the paper gave the image a completely different look — delicate and dreamy. It’s amazing how changing your paper can transform the same stamp set.
